Lyndsey was born and raised in Scotland in the United Kingdom, where she achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The University of Edinburgh. Following a period of work and research in the field of clinical Psychology, Lyndsey went on to study a further Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy at Kings College London.
Lyndsey has worked as a Physical Therapist in a variety of settings including acute care and rehabilitation in both the UK and Singapore. In Singapore, Lyndsey worked as a Physical Therapist in acute cardiopulmonary care in both private and public hospitals where she was privileged to work with colleagues and patients from around the globe.
While Lyndsey’s experience in the UK and Singapore provided her with an appreciation of the wide-ranging benefits of Physical Therapy in a variety of settings, Lyndsey’s passion has always lain in the area of orthopedics and sports rehabilitation. Following a move, with her family, to the Bay Area in 2013, she worked first as a Personal Trainer and then eventually as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist with the students and staff at UC Berkeley. In her free time, Lyndsey loves to run, hike, read and take trips to the beach with her husband and two girls.
