Lyndsey was born and raised in Scotland in the United Kingdom, where she achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The University of Edinburgh. Following a period of work and research in the field of clinical Psychology, Lyndsey went on to study a further Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy at Kings College London.

In her free time, Lyndsey loves to run, hike, read and take trips to the beach with her husband and two girls.
